2nd IEEE EMBS International Conference on Bionanotechnology & BioMEMS
The Call for Papers is now open for the 2nd IEEE EMBS International Conference on Bionanotechnology & BioMEMS, hosted by the University of Birmingham, UK from the 15th to the 17th of September 2026.
We welcome full contributed papers spanning basic to translational work across BioMEMS and bionanotechnology, including:
- Micro, nano and hybrid nanofabrication (including additive and hybrid manufacturing, packaging, characterisation)
- Microfluidics (lab-on-a-chip, electrofluidics, acoustofluidics, microarrays)
- BioMEMS (microsensors, microrobotics, microsurgical tools, drug delivery)
- Bionanotechnology (nanomaterials, self-assembly/functionalisation, nucleic acid and biomimetic systems, applications)
- Biomaterials and biohybrids (bioresorbables, hydrogels, edible electronic materials, cell–material integration, scaffolds, organ-on-a-chip)
- Translation (in vivo testing and safety, in vitro drug development platforms, fouling and foreign body response)
